WEEKLY YOGA PRACTICE

EXPLORATORY & FLUID

 

Classes invite self enquiry, presence, compassion and empowerment in a safe and nurturing space

I invite you to explore, adapt and trust the deep wisdom of your own body. Embracing all that you are in each moment relaxing into compassionate acceptance-coming home to yourself.

Classes start with an offering of reflection and intention to frame our practice followed by a flow through a sequence of asanas (physical postures) that incorporates both dynamic movement and stillness. Weaved together with meditation breath work,sound and relaxation.

Everything I share is simply an invitation, with the intention for you to use the space exactly as you need. 

 

All levels and abilities are welcome, multiple options are always given throughout the practice including permission to both rest and explore

DELVE DEEPER

 

An opportunity to delve deeper as part of an extended monthly yoga practice.

Inspired by the cyclical rhythms of nature and the associated Celtic festivals which frame the invitation for our practice.

Weaving together meditation, breath work, movement and relaxation as we come together in community to pause, reflect and give thanks.

Homemade cake and Herbal teas included

I offer limited individual tuition which can be a one off or a series of sessions.

 

Supporting individuals with their own unique needs, interests and requirements.

 

Private classes can support the building of a home practice, support you through your pregnancy and postpartum, offer an opportunity to talk through any challenges and support new Yoga teachers in the planning and sequencing of classes.

In addition I also offer private Infant  massage tuition
